The Union x Air Jordan 1 High OG “Bephie’s Beauty Supply - Woven Sail” is a collaboration between Beth Gibbs’ streetwear label and Jordan Brand on a unique version of the vintage basketball sneaker. Bephie’s Beauty Supply is a clothing brand founded by Union LA owner Chris Gibbs’ wife, Bethany. The brand’s debut collaboration with Jordan Brand puts a never-before-seen spin on the Jordan 1 that includes meshing its design with the Nike Air Footscape. More specifically, the shoe fuses the Jordan 1’s original leather design with the woven textile design of the Air Footscape. A grey leather Swoosh appears on the sides and a grey “Wings” logo can be found on the collar. Additional branding elements include a yellow “UN/LA” tab on the collar and an old school “Nike Air” logo on the tongue tag. The shoe’s deconstructed appearance is similar to Union’s Air Jordan 1 collaborations from 2018.
