The Nike Air Max 97 “Icons - Neon” is a colorway of the retro running shoe from a collection that features color palettes inspired by classic Air Max models. The “Icons - Neon” shows love to the Nike Air Max 95 “Neon” colorway by featuring the shoe’s black, grey, and neon green/yellow color block on its design. The shoe has a grey mesh base with grey-to-black gradient leather overlays. A Volt-colored Swoosh is embroidered within a window on the black leather mudguard. Additional Volt accenting comes into play on the Swoosh emblem on the tongue and “Air Max” branding on the pull tab on the heel.
